Phase deliverables
Weeks 1–2
Confirm legal model, member count, dimensions, water, power and greenhouse footprint.
Weeks 3–4
Issue room layout, electrical load schedule, HVAC heat-load, security plan and three comparable quotes.
Weeks 5–10
Complete envelope, drainage, electrical, partitions, climate, water, access and fire systems.
Weeks 11–12
Run empty-room tests, verify alarms, balance airflow, train members and issue certificates.
