Recommended base model
25 adult members, each assigned one lockable indoor bay and one exclusive greenhouse plot. The planning allocation is 1 indoor plant + 4 greenhouse plants per member, producing 25 indoor plants and 100 greenhouse plants across five strain groups.
The five-plant figure comes from the February 2026 draft regulations and is not a confirmed legal safe harbour. The member model, facility contributions and plant-control arrangements must be approved in writing by counsel before launch.
